QuickConnect gives young people a safe, confidential space to talk with Sophie via text when they need support. In just 30 minutes, you can share what’s on your mind and receive thoughtful, detailed verbal responses with practical strategies to help you handle challenges, cope with tough emotions, and figure out next steps. Sophie also provides easy-to-understand psycho-education to help you make sense of what you’re experiencing, including the biological, developmental, and psychological factors that might be affecting your thoughts and feelings. QuickConnect is a supportive, non-judgmental way to feel heard, gain clarity, and build tools to move forward in a way that works for you.
